The illusion of freedom

It’s the 4th of July here in the States…

And far be it for me to take a dump on someone’s holiday, but I do find that holidays tend to be great opportunities for dramatic change in people’s lives. Many of the defining moments in my life centered around holidays.

We tend to be reflective.

Take stock of where we’re at in life.

And become acutely aware when things ain’t how we’d like.

It’s fitting that “Independence Day” is the holiday that’s come up while I’m also in the middle of launching my Ascension Matrix course. I’d like to say I’m an super genius and planned it that way.

I mean… you know my arrogant arse…

I’d REALLY like to say that. 😉

But, it’d be a lie.

Anyway, people in the good ol’ U-S of A will spend a lot of time, today, talking about freedom and liberty — the sacrifices made. And hey… I did a tour in Iraq and spent a lot of time working in a hospital while I was there.

Believe me…

I’m fully aware of the sacrifices made.

But, I can’t help but think that it’s lip service in a lot of ways.

We could dig in on the political side of things, for sure. But, I’m more concerned about individuals. You. Are you really free? I’ll be honest… up until about 3-4 years ago… I wasn’t.

And I had a long, successful freelance career at that point.

A lavish, 2,000-sqft home.

Nice car, great neighborhood.

The “American Dream”.

And, I was miserable. A slave to debt. I HAD to show up day in and day out, subservient to the clients who provided for my livelihood. “Yes sir, no ma’am”… like a chump. And, I was sick and f***ing tired of it.

I’ve NEVER been that kind of dude.

Anti-authority barely begins to describe it.

Today, it’s the total opposite. I regularly remind my clients that I, in fact, do not need to be there helping them. I can walk away at any second. I’m only here because I like them and enjoy the work.

But, if that changes… I’m GONE.

And, Ascension Matrix is how I got there.

It’s the path I followed to true “eff you” freedom. Not lip service. Not pretend. Not the illusion of freedom. No… get up and do what I went, when I want type freedom. And the thing is… matter of fact, I was telling my oldest son this yesterday.

The thing is…

You don’t need to be a bajillionaire to do it.

Having gone through it…

I’m thoroughly convinced that you could work at McDonald’s and, if you’re smart, you could retire at 40. Of course, that can happen even faster if you’re freelancing and earning way more than you would flippin’ clown burgers.

But, the point stands.

In any case, I created the roadmap.

Up to you to decide if you want to walk it.

Right now, I’m offering the course 83% off the regular price — a savings of $110 — for the launch period. But, that ends promptly on July 6th at 11:59pm. So, if you want it, you’ll have to grab it before then.

After that, you’ll have to pay the full $132 to get it.

Sukh Plaha

John is a fantastic and patient tutor, who is not just able to share knowledge and communicate it very effectively – but able to support one in applying it. However, I believe that John has a very rare ability to go further than just imparting knowledge and showing one how to apply it. He is able to innately provoke one’s curiosity when explaining and demonstrating concepts, to the extent that one can explore and unravel their own learning journey. Thanks very much John!
