He deserves every bit of it, too.
I always think of my little brother.
He’s been a kind of guinea pig for me over the years. Today, I was recording another lesson for the Ascension Matrix course and the topic (I won’t spill the beans on it just yet) was exactly what he does now.
With clients like Amazon, Google, Nike, Office Depot, etc.
Truthfully, on this, he’s far beyond me.
It’s his thing.
Anyway, we have an office together so he could hear the entire recording. When I got done he said, “Quite the diatribe there!” And, of course, in my typical overly-arrogant way I said, “I’m sure you were taking copious notes.”
And he said…
“Actually, a bunch of stuff I wished I knew 10 years ago.”
And I told him it’s honestly what I do. I think of him, I think about my younger self — that young, arrogant, punk developer — and I ask, “What do I wish I would have known”. If I could go back and slap him across the forehead…
That’s the impetus for most of the teaching that I do.
Hell, who knows…
I’ve got kids.
Maybe, I’ll actually BE teaching my mini-me’s this stuff one day.
But, that’s really what the Ascension Matrix is all about. All the things I’ve learned the past 17 years doing this “knowledge vendor” thing — brain dumping it into a course to give you a roadmap of what to do.
And, frankly, if I’d even just had that…
Obviously, the course is crammed with tons of how-to, processes, tips, strategies, techniques… for actually accomplishing the “what”. But, just the “what” on its own would have been immensely valuable to me.
To have a roadmap…
A pathway laid out before me.
Giving me extreme clarity.
I’d be even further along today.
And, that’s what I’m trying to give you. Especially if you’re feeling a big stagnant or stuck as a freelancer. Or, you’re just trying to get TO the freelance level and aren’t sure what steps to take.
I believe this will give you that extreme clarity on WHAT to do.
Along with all the deep-dive “how-to” info.
Anyway, it’s not quite ready, yet — although, I’m getting very close. But, if that all sounds intriguing to you, then stay tuned.
Later,
John
P.S. For my patre-homies, I just uploaded lesson #4 over on Patreon for your Early Access perk. This is the big freelance level lesson — which, in my arrogant opinion, just might be worth the cost of the course (and then some) all on its own. Of course, you don’t have to buy it since you already have access, but you’ll want to check this one out for sure. Link to it is here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/52229706
