Sam Jackson’s sage advice for freelancers

It’s this frantic scene in the Hitman’s Bodyguard.

Ryan Reynolds, who’s been assigned to protect Jackson, is being chased by a group of thugs trying to kill him. There’s a fight scene in the back of a restaurant — where one dude gets faceplanted into a hot grill.

Then, they wind up in a hardware store.

There’s an ax.

A nail gun.

And eventually, a chain that Reynolds uses to finish the fight — quite gruesomely I might add. So, there he is… completely out of breath, just fought off 4-5 would-be assassins… and Jackson comes flying up in their car…

“Yoooo! You about done?”

“Tick tock muthaf***!”

Cracks me up, every time.

Anyway, it’s sage advice for you, mi amigo… as we’re down to crunch time with my latest course, The Ascension Matrix. Tomorrow is the last full day you’ll have to watch it… essentially-free.

After that, it comes off Skillshare…

And will be sold on my site for around $150 or so.

So, if you want it before that happens, here’s the deal.

This link will give you a free 1-month trial of Skillshare: With that, you get 100% unfettered access to every course on Skillshare (include the Ascension Matrix). Every lesson, video, PDF, download.

Everything for all 30,000+ courses.

So, you can take whatever courses you want…

And cancel before the month is up…

And you never pay a penny.

It’s certainly a few hoops to jump through but might be worth it to you to save the $150. But, keep in mind… you have to WATCH it before the deadline, not just join up to the trial. And, it’s a 4-hour whopper.

So, time to pot or get off the… well, you know.

Once you’re in, it’s Lesson 3 in my 11-hour mega-course, Let’s Talk Freelance. This link will take you straight into that course once you’re signed up:

P.S. If you’re a patron of mine on Patreon, you already have access to this course (and all my courses) on Patreon here:

John is a fantastic and patient tutor, who is not just able to share knowledge and communicate it very effectively – but able to support one in applying it. However, I believe that John has a very rare ability to go further than just imparting knowledge and showing one how to apply it. He is able to innately provoke one’s curiosity when explaining and demonstrating concepts, to the extent that one can explore and unravel their own learning journey. Thanks very much John!
