It’s a tale of two developers.

One who seems to get work effortlessly, making more than (you think) they deserve, always jacking around playing video games or surfing or some ish… with fanboys fawning over “omgawd” how great they are.

And, the other…

The developer who seems to never catch a break. They fight, scratch and claw for everything they get, they get pennies, nobody respects them, bosses and clients walk all over them, and…

They’re miserable.

What does one know that the other doesn’t?

Well, I’ve been both.

And, here’s the answer:

If you feel like that second developer…

Scratching and clawing for pennies…

Disrespected and underappreciated…

Give it a listen.

Later,

John
