Got rejected multiple times on Upwork. After being rejected, I started to research freelancing and realized that I was not ready.
So, I spent countless hours on YouTube and Skillshare to grasp the maximum knowledge of freelancing and how to dominate it. (Lex DeVille, Josh Burns, and John Morris — Thanks for sharing the valuable content)
Today Alhamdulilah, I have completed my first year on Upwork and here are achievement highlights!!
– Among Top 10% Mobile App Developers
– Among Top 20% Web Developers
– At 4th Place on Upwork of my Niche
– 1st place as Data Managers and Data Processing Specialist among Pakistan’s Freelancers
– 3rd place in Mobile App Developers from Pakistan.
– Got Top Rated Badge in 5 months with a consistent 100% JSS till to date

I left him a comment congratulating him and he followed up with this:

Thanks John Morris, I truly appreciate your help as your course was a great help for me.

It’s the same thing I see all the time. The freelancers who go in thinking they already have all the answers and just want someone to confirm their thinking… don’t like my course, because what I teach is so different from everyone else.
But, the freelancers who listen and implement…
Even if, they’re not fully convinced at first…
Tend to have dramatic turnarounds like Ahmad.
No idea which you are, but if you’re hard-up for freelance clients, it’s worth checking out. Who knows… maybe, it’ll be *your* dramatic turnaround I’ll be writing about a few months from now.
In any case, all the info on the same Upwork course Ahmad took is here:
